Does LUMA sell wigs?
Thanks for your interest! We offer extensions, frontals, and closures. We're currently in the testing stages, but hope to introduce wigs this year.
Can I straighten, dye or bleach the bundles?
LUMA hair extensions are 100% human virgin hair, so you have the option of straightening, dyeing or bleaching the hair. We suggest getting the hair professionally colored or dyed by an experienced colorist. Dyeing may shorten the lifespan of the hair and cause damage if not done correctly.
How much hair do I need?
Depending on the look you want to achieve, we recommend ordering at least 3 bundles for all lengths to avoid running out of hair. For an install with a frontal, 2 ½ bundles is recommended for a natural look. For an install with a closure or leave-out, use 3 bundles for a fuller look or 4 for our Loose Wave texture. For a half wig or U-part wig, 2 ½ bundles are needed. Each bundle weighs 3.5 ounces.
What's Virgin Hair?
Virgin hair is chemical-free and collected from multiple donors. The hair is then steam-processed to achieve different textures.

How long does the hair last?
With proper care, Virgin hair can last up to 2 years. We recommend referring to our Hair Care Guide for tips.
Does the hair shed?
Our wefts are reinforced to prevent extreme shedding, but you may experience minimal shedding which is normal. To minimize this, you can opt to seal your wefts with weft sealer and avoid cutting (instead, fold wefts as they're sewn) when installing your bundles.
Also note, when you first receive your order, you may get loose strands when running your hands through the bundles. These are loose hairs from the wefting process which is normal.
I am not sure which hair texture I need, can I place a sample order?
We do not sell samples, but you have the option to order one bundle to see which texture is suitable for you. Also, review the product images of the various hair textures we offer.
The hair texture I wanted is sold out, what do I do?
Some pieces are very limited, and are taken down once they are sold out (which can sometimes be in a matter of hours)! Be sure to sign up for our mailing list to receive restocking updates, email us, or DM us on Instagram
How do I purchase more than one bundle?
You must choose your length and the quantity of bundles you'd like to purchase. After making your selections, click "add to cart" for each length desired.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from New Jersey, USA.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we offer international shipping. The estimated shipping time for international orders is 5-15 business days. It may vary depending on location, shipping speed selected at checkout, and your country’s customs process. We are not responsible in the event of a delay at customs, possible customs charges, taxes, or tariffs that may be applied.

Where's my tracking information?
Tracking numbers are provided once the order has been shipped. After processing, please allow up to 24 hours for your shipping information to update on the USPS website. Also note, we ship Monday through Friday, excluding most weekends and holidays.

Please check the tracking link provided to you when your order shipped. If the order has shipped, please review the tracking history and contact the appropriate post office for the whereabouts of your package. If 10+ business days (U.S. orders) or 15+ business days (international orders) has passed from the date of purchase and your package has not arrived, please contact us.
