Can I return my order?

Due to sanitary concerns, we do not typically offer exchanges or refunds. Please read all product descriptions and choose carefully before making your purchase.

What do I do if I have an issue with my order?
In the event that you experience an issue with your order, feel free to contact us immediately within 5 days after delivery so that we may resolve the problem. 
    Am I responsible for shipping items back to LUMA?
    If a return is accepted, we will provide a return label (this is not pre-paid). Please note that the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
      If an exchange is accepted, you will be responsible for postage and cost of shipping.
        Important - PLEASE READ
        LUMA Premium Hair Collection is not liable for any return/exchange packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
          Additionally, the order must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Hair that has been dyed, cut, washed or modified in any way, will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
